Join me for the rich experience of plein air painting on the Big Island of Hawaii! Costs are approximate until interest list is formed and trip is finalized.

$1650 includes 7 nights lodging, 5 days of on location painting instruction and critiques, breakfast and lunch each day, a welcome Happy Hour the day of arrival, and a sunset Luau at the Mauna Kea Resort on one night of the trip. The Mauna Kea is a 5 star iconic hotel right on the water at the Mauna Kea Beach Resort. It is truly an Island experience and the premiere Luau in all of Hawaii.

We paint at 5 different locations around the Island all unique in subject matter with one day for relaxation or touring the Island on your own. You will learn the excitement of painting on location. Mary will demonstrate and then artists will create a painting each day. We bring our lunch along. When we return to the lodging we will have a critique and then artists can coordinate for dinner or be on their own.

Airfare and rental cars are not included. Mary will make suggestions for airfare fly in times and pair artists for sharing rental cars.
